In my job, I have to read copy on the air (hopefully) without mistakes. When you're on the fly, a dirty contact lens or glasses can really mess you up! I had terrible vision and astigmatsim which was always difficult to properly correct with lenses. So, even with my contacts, I had trouble. I went to Southeastern Eye Center at 3 pm on a Friday, and had 20/20 vision by 8 am Saturday! The staff is fabulous and the surgery truly is a miracle!"
